I am continuing the work I started in 2015.

Following my Lands End John O'Groats cycle challenge last year I knew I wanted to do more this year. Last year we smashed our target and ended up with almost 9k. This was down to your amazing donations ! 

I will be completing the Dragon Grand fondo 142 miles, ...Now completed in around 12 hrs .. 

Wales in a day which is from Caernarrfon to Chepstow approximately 190 miles and the Royal Etape through Scotland's Whisky Country which is 103 miles.

Having lost a brother and good friend to Cancer and family members winning the battle it's a charity that means a lot to us . These challenges don't come easy . I suffer from Ulcerative colitis so as well as fatigue from the cycling I get fatigue from my illness .. Please give as much as you can to help this great charity .
